NOTICE OF ANNUAL ELECTION - ONE COMMISSIONER

LEGAL NOTICE

ANNUAL ELECTION OF THE MILTON FIRE DISTRICT NO. 1
On December 13TH 2022

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual Election of the Milton Fire District No. 1 will

take place on December 13th, 2022 between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. at the Rock City

Falls Fire House located at 1119 Rock City Road, Rock City Falls, NY for the purpose of electing

one Fire Commissioner, for a five (5) year term, commencing January 1, 2023 and ending

December 31, 2027. All voters registered with the Saratoga County Board of Elections on or

before November 21st, 2022 shall be eligible to vote.

A candidate must be a resident of Milton Fire District No. 1.

Candidates for District Office shall have filed their names with the Secretary of the Milton Fire

District No. 1, at the firehouse at 1119 Rock City Road, Rock City Falls, no later than twenty days

before the election; November 29, 2022 is the last day to file.
