Agenda:

The Zoning Board meets the 4th Thursday of every month at 7:00 p.m. at the town offices. The Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) consists of five members plus an alternative appointed by the Town Board.

Current ZBA members are:

The purpose of the ZBA is to:

• Render determinations where variances from the zoning code are requested.
• Hear appeals from applicants seeking interpretation or reversal of determination by the Zoning Enforcement Officer.
