NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF TENTATIVE ASSESSMENT ROLL
(Pursuant to section 506 of the Real Property Tax Law)
Hearing of Complaints
Notice is hereby given that the Assessor of the Town of Milton, County of Saratoga, has completed the tentative assessment roll for the current year and that a copy has been left at the Town of Milton Assessor’s Office, located at Town of Milton Community Center 310 Northline Rd, Ballston Spa, where it may be examined by any interested person until the 4th Tuesday in May.
The Assessor will be in attendance with the Tentative Assessment Roll at the Town of Milton Community Center 310 Northline Rd, Ballston Spa 12020 on May 8th 4pm-8pm , May 13th, 9am – 1pm and May 18th, 10am-3pm. The Assessor will also be available on May 11th 10am – 3pm at the village office 66 Front St. Ballston Spa 12020 to answer any questions. Call 518-885-8047 to schedule an appointment. The Board of Assessment Review will meet on Tuesday May 25th between the hours of 4pm to 8pm in said Town to hear and examine all complaints in relation to assessments on the application of any person believing himself to be aggrieved. Please call 518-885-8047 to schedule an appointment.
