Town Board

The Supervisor is the town's Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for coordinating the operations of all town departments. The Supervisor presides over the Town Board, which is an elected body that will vote on matter concerning the Town.  These issues include items such as passing the town and departmental budgets, enacting town legislation, conducting hearings on matters involving town government, and making decisions that best represent the residents. The Supervisor is available to the public to discuss matters of concern, listen to resident feedback, and any other issue's that his residents may have.

Code of Ethics of the Town of Milton

The proper operation of a town government requires that its officers and employees be independent, impartial, and accountable to the people: that government decisions and policy be made in the proper channels of the governmental structure; that the public office not be used for personal gain; that the public officers and employees observe in their official acts the highest standards of ethics and discharge faithfully the duties of their public office regardless of personal consideration.
